I'm sorry girls but can I panic now.......37 days?!?!?!??!?!?! That can't be right I'm never going to get all this done!!! Where is that to do list that keeps floating around? I know I am missing a lot!

Sealed and stamped our RD invitations/reminders, they will go out Oct 1st.

I can't believe OUR months is next FRIDAY!!!

We will be spending the weekend doing the labels for the place cards. Everything has to be at the hall the following Wednesday or Thursday.

I can't believe I lost my birth certificate. I always know where it is and now it's missing. My Dad has volunteered to go up to the town of oyster bay for me to get a certified copy. Isn't he the best!!!!!! Then it's off to get the marriage certificate. Has anyone gone to get one in Suffolk county, where and how long did it take? Not sure which office to go to.

I have no clue what to where under my dress. There's so many layers on the bottom....Do you think I need a slip????

Finally got in touch with the seamstress and got an appointment for Sunday for my first fitting. I'm starting to get nervous that it's all not getting done.

I feel like no one is getting married on Sunday the 24th of October but me. So many on the 23rd.

Now people are responding but not putting their name on the RSVP card (two this week)...UGGHHH!!! Would have been nice to make one less phone call.

We got our marriage license in the Babylon Town Hall, it only took us about 30 minutes. You just need your birth certificates with a seal, photo ID and $45.

Well we are legal to marry now. We got our marriage license yesterday afternoon. Today I am going to try and find BM's jewelry at Tri County. And make my programs and placecards.

We're getting our marriage license on Monday. It's been 2 days since we've gotten any responses Our RSVP date is next Thursday (9/30) and haven't heard from 50 people!

I feel like I still have SO much to do.

Oh my god, I am FREAKING OUT!! There's too much that still has to get done, and not enough time! FH and I are both in a huge crunch time at work and I don't know when we're supposed to do wedding stuff!

Hey, does anybody know a place on LI or in the city where I can get a henna tattoo? I wanted to do one on the small of my back as a little wedding-night surprise (his name or a heart with our initials or something), but I'm clueless about where to get such things.

I'm in MAJOR crunch time at work too. I plan fundraising events for my agency and our biggest fundraiser (gala) is the 28th!! Hello 3 days before my wedding AND THE NIGHT of our rehearsal!!!!! Timing is everything, can you believe it? People keep askin how I'm doing planning two major event simultaneously and I say sometimes they help to keep my mind off the other but sometimes I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown.

Crunch time for me at work too! It's kept me off the boards and is making me nuts. I run a career fair for 325 students and 27 companies, thank goodness its over on 10/8. Halloweenbride - 3 days before your wedding and a fundraiser??!! I feel for you!

This is my exact dilemma....FMIL was told she could have 40 guests, she still invited 60, figuring a lot owuld not come...welll...about 80% are not coming......

Good thing my mom invited a bunch,but we still will be about 20 under our minimum...so we are including the band members, the rabbi is gettin invited...the photogrpaher, going t0 invite the kids Iused to babysit for and some of my younger cousins...but they won;t eat much anyways....UUugh

IF I am lucky, I will be under by about 6 people, but that's ONLY if the 19 people I expect to say yes actually do. I keep going back and forth over how upset I really am over it, and I feel like I picked a bad date because so many people can't make it!

Well, out of my moms guests, there was about 5 no's...his side...so many said No...a lot of them are from NJ is what they say....BUT...if tables were turned and my wedding was in NJ, you can bet your @ss that all my guests would take the trip....I say its all about if they want to be there or not...if they want to, they wll find the way...

I just finished my programs last night -- finally!!!

And the rest of this weekend is pretty much devoted to finishing the votive place cards (FH wants to kill me for those!! )
