Purple and ivory flowers for the most part. My bouquet is alstros, lavender roses and purple wax flower. The CPs are roses and hydrangea with a pillar candle and votives. The BMs are carrying ivory calla lilles and my little sister is Jr. BM so she has gerber daisies. The flower girl has a pomander.

I went with March 27. That will give me plenty of time to call those who were to lazy to stick something in the mail box.

What kind of flowers is everyone using?
This is so sad but I don't remember! I know there are purple calla lillies, some roses, and a general purple theme. I have to meet with the florist again so we can decide on low or high centerpieces. I wish I could just wave a wand and everything would be done so I wouldn't have to think about this anymore!

Invites are out! Today is officially our 9 year anniversary! We have no plans (that I know of). I alos bought the money order for when we apply for our marriage license in a few weeks.

So happy for you guys. We sent out our invites on the Thursday. We are coming to Long Island next Friday to wrap up a few things, my shower, and get our marriage license.

I went for my first dress fitting yesterday..it went well ,but I kinda freaked out when they put the veil on me.Its not that it looked bad, I just got so nervous and then even more nervous and had to take it off to relax.
I have NO doubts about marrying FH, but the veil freaked me out....almost like Carrie from that Sex in the City episode where she tried on the wedding dress and broke out in hives!
Is that weird or common?

i put march 24th...so that i have time to call people too..haha
FH's friend called him friday and goes i got ur invitation, me and my gf are coming, do i have to mail it back?!!?!?!?!?!

Invites just went out Saturday and my friend in OHIO just emailed to say she got it! There was no mail yesterday for the holiday so wow that was so quick!
