No I started a few days before (say the wednesday and the RSVP was Friday). I don't think it's rude if it's a few days before because chances are they weren't going to send it out on that date if they hadn't already.

that's what I thought! If they haven't sent them in yet, they probably forgot and won't be sending them in until I remind them....

I reminded people about rsvps about a week before.. then again it was mostly friends and close relatives who just forgot to send in the card

I started emailing people for the RSVPs (we had about 75 outsanding) - now we have about 55 or so...

but everyone has been helpful in contacting people on their respective lists, so hopefully soon we have everyone so that we can start the seating arrangements (which I KNOW will take a while!)

I confirmed with the photographer.

I am waiting for the band to get back to me regarding my song lists...

Tuesday I meet with the hall to discuss menu, etc!

It's finally our month ladies!!!



I have the final meeting the reception site on Tuesday.

On Wednesday I'm helping Tara (gettinhutched) with her invites..really looking forward to this!

Sunday is Easter dinner at my parents.

Then next week is the week of the wedding and doing all sorts of beautifying things


So how is everyone feeling!? Excited? Nervous?

feeling good! wahooo its our month ladies...
think of how quick other's months went.. in a blink of an eye it wil all be over..that makes me both.
no more waking up at crack of dawn to get to LI for appointments AND ill have a dh!!! in just 26 days!!

so this weekend had final fitting ill post pics in a bit have to upload to shutterfly.. totally love it!! now just gotta pick up my dress 4/27!!! looove phyllis

went to black forest to pick out cake.. tom is hysterical
nowwwwww the bach/ette (we are having a combined party) friday in AC!!! ...
then just finishing placecards
i designed .. now i gotta print and put in frames

totally finished programs lats night ...

anddddddddddddd my fave... start packing for HONEYMOON!!!!! using my new wacky bright pink luggage set hehe

I am actually excited for the first time during this whole process. We had a long engagement (a year and a half) and it was alot of stress,,, plus FH's mom got sick and passed away during our engagement and I have just wanted it to be over. -


but for the first time, I am happy and excited and can't wait for the day to come!

I am anxious in the sense that I am still very busy at work and hope I get everything done, esp now that its crunch time!

I feel the same way Nina. We've been engaged almost 2.5 years! I am starting to get excited. I'm almost totally packed for the HM. Some of the GMs have gone to get fitted for their Tuxes. FH hasn't gone yet and we still have to get his ring sized and I need to get my dress altered.

We both deserve it; that's for sure!

My mom bought me some clothes for the HM! I bought some (not much bc of our budget!) and then I just have to find the rest in what I have - then we have to pack - but can't wait for that point.

my dad still needs to get fitted for his tux... I don't know why he hasn't gone yet....

my final fitting for the gown is next week.

lol I hate doing anything last minute if I can do it before hand. I packed the day I book the HM a few weeks ago! lol it's my little OCD planning issues.


So by Saturday 3 of the people on the list had gotten fitted for their tuxes, another went earlier today and FH is going and taking 2 more guys with him! He also says he will go to get his ring finger size so I can take his ring later this week to the diamond district!

I still have some much to do. I have to get my under garments for the day of. Jewerly for day of. BM gifts. Mother's Gifts. We have to go for the Marriage License. Meet back with the Photo/Video guy. We are meeting with the DJ this Thursday. What else. Oh yeah, print out the Programs, do the Seating arrangement/ plus all the other Homework CrestHollow gave me that is due 4/19. 1 day before my b-day.

very productive day haha

my coworker went to the dollar store for me yetserday found great 5 by 7 frames for my table numbers.. he rules!!! 99 cents i can't beat that!!

hmm im all done with my DIY's..
tonight ill take pics of everythign and post

now i really just have to wait.. all loose ends are tied up?? i think!!! uggg
i keep looking through the to do list and dont see anything but i really feel like im missing something

Sooo excited!!!! 18 Days!!! HOLLAAAA!!!!

hahaha..

I have to work on the programs, finish wrapping the favors, then I'm sending off the place cards to the calligrapher this week.
Have to put the BM gifts together.
Go to the final apts w/ the band, photog, florist..etc.

I can't wait for the HM!!! We are leaving 3 weeks after the wedding tho..oh well it's something to still look foward to after the wedding!
