Hi Ladies,

Drum roll please............................................................
It is AUGUST!!! Our month has finally arrived.

It is very exciting, and I can't wait to hear how our planning has turned out, Speaking of...what does everyone still have to do?

I have:
final meeting with vendors
final fitting
finish getting bridal party gift
Pick up favors
Put togeter timeline, must takes, and must play lists
Bachelorette/bachelor party
Honeymoon packing, shopping, confirmations
and all those little details like seating arrangements and place cards.

So much to do so little time... but to tell you the truth I don't mind it is OUR MONTH!

Last night we met with the priest to finanlize things.

We still have:

Pay the balance on the honeymoon/confirm reservations.
Pack for honeymoon-- oh YEAHHH Aruba baby!
Programs
Finalize contract with the florist
Finalize contract with Photographer
Drop of pics to my DJ for photo montage
2nd & final fittings
Pick up shoes from store (I had to get them dyed to match my dress)
Manicure/Pedicure (Im getting teh Forever French)
GM gifts
FG/Ring bearer gifts
Decorate basket for wedding rice
Finalize limousine contract
Rehersal dinner
Get in touch with vocalist/Organist at the church

I can't believe I am getting married in 4 days!!! I am having my final final fitting tomorrow and I still need to finalize my play lists, menus, wrap favors, and I know I mustbe forgetting a ton of things! Thanks for the no rain dance girls, I think it's working!!!

Now I just need to find something to wear to my rehearsal!

thanks Suzanne. i keep trying - i did get to the beach on Sunday but i have to finish our place cards by tonight because we have our final meeting/drop off at the hall tomorrow afternoon...and i have to finish making favors etc... so i can't afford to not do wedding stuff now.

Well, on the good side, at least you will have almost everything done tonight and can breathe a little over the next few days and then just enjoy the celebration! (wow, I am really good at being positive as long as it is not about myself!) I just hope you feel better.

Our first August brides are going to get married tomorrow. Just in case I am not around tomorrow or the weekend...I just want to wish you all the best. I know your days will be great and it will be a wondeful time. (The weather is turning out to be very nice too.) Congratulations and can't wait to hear about it when you all return.

A seperate shout out for csui25 (aka Catherine)...you put a lot of work into your wedding day and you are going to be a beautiful bride. Enjoy every minute of it and I can't wait to hear about it.
