Thats's really cool.. Just hope no DUET brides crash other DUET weddings just to get their picture taken!!!!! Just kidding, I know DUET brides aren't like that....are we?

Woohoo!! Im pround to announce Im a Duet Bride!! I have a couple of questions after reading this whole thread. They didnt mention anything about a 'casual day' pics. Also, does anyone know if they are able to put the proofs on cd also. Someone mentioned an ala carte menu. I didnt see that either. What are other options I can add on? TIA

Hi Diva bride!!! Sorry I cant help you with some of those but the casual day is something extra you can add on... its $200 I think and you get engagement photos ( taken anywhere you want ) and they shoot some video of the two of you. The video gets edited into your wedding video to music and is succcccccccccchhhh a nice touch. Also with the casual pics, you pick your favorite and they blow it up huge and make it into an autograph board for your guests to sign at the reception!!

Are you getting the photography and the video? Because if you are, then you should be getting the promotional package for $3699. One of the options they gave us with the package was a choice of the signing board (casual day) or 2 wallet sized albums. I picked neither. FM if you want more details.

Just wanted to say that Duet will put some proofs on a CD for you(if you put in your contract at least). I originally was going to do this, but then I scanned all my proofs in myself & they looked great & their reprints are really reasonabley priced, so I asked to get something else instead of the CD & they agreed! They really are the best!

we booked duet for our photo and video
i loved there work and especially their extra large albums ---- with all the photographers that ive seen - i love their books the best.

question for you duet brides....does duet handle more than one event in one day? i know they are a smaller studio. i thought i should ask because we have an appt with them tomorrow but i just saw that jcdesignz booked them and we share the same date (happy for you, sad for me

). should we still go?

yes they can do two weddings a day!

eta - you can call and ask over the phone if they still have the date available so you dont waste your time going in for nothing
