I never saw anyone fall during the hora before (with the exception of PrincessRose's DH which I don't remember seeing, lol).

I wanted to do it at my wedding and I'm not even jewish!! it always looked like so much fun.

The only thing I knew to be aware of was the pictures from that angle. At my best friend's wedding, someone got a crotch shot of her DH's grandma.

I think Hora is fun! I don't think you should worry about it, even if you fall, you won't get hurt.

However, to prevent that from happening, I am actually asking the 4 people that I trust - I know will be careful and kind to me - to be the ones to raise me. Than, I know they will be careful and I will not fall!

I used to be an assistant to a wedding photographer an we did all Jewish weddings. SO I have seen a lot of Hora's...and dropping the bride or groom or the mom or dad happens all the time. Cause there are always too many guys behind the chair and not enough in holding from the front.

Yeah, I think it was a balnce issue (too many people in bakc, not enough in front,a dn unequal height). I know it's not common for the rbide to fall, but I already ahve really abd back problems and if I were to fall it could put me in bed for weeks. Not a great way to start a honeymoon. FH is disappointed, but I really don't care. It's not worth getting hurt over! we'll have to do it without the chairs
