Re: Please tell if this is tacky & BE HONEST!!!!

It doesn't make a difference. I *had* to use two stamps because the new .57 cent stamp wasn't out yet at the time, yet the postage had increased.

This is just one of those things you will stress over and realize later that its just not a big deal. ie, I HAD to hand cancel all of my envelopes, stood there for a good half hour getting red ink all over the **** place.... yet I can't tell you if even the most recent weddng invite I've received was hand cancelled or not!

Use the stamps you like.

I hated the Love Stamp too but decided to use it. It was fine.

I was also not a fan of the new LOVE stamp design but I went with it. I needed 2 stamps on my invites- a 60 and a 37 and I used both love stamps. I had all my envelopes done in hand calligraphry with a hand painted rose and I would not ruin that with a George Washington Stamp. JMO

Put whatever stamps you want on it. If anyone asks tell them you weren't jazzed by the love stamp. I doubt anyone will notice you didn't use it.

Can the postoffice hand stamp it with a rubber stamp, I wonder? Why don't you ask?
