I believe JT gives a 20% discount on invitations. I got a 25% discount using a LIW vendor.

Hi there! I am also getting married on 2/18/06 with the ceremony in the Skylight Room and the reception in the Dome Room. Talk about true twins! My ceremony is at 7pm.

OMG we are Church & reception hall twins!!

How many tables are you having? I am also in the Dome Room and I am concerned about the amount of guest we can fit with out it feeling crowded. We are planning on having about 220 people and will oprobably have somewhere between 18-20 tables.

Does Jericho let the bridal party hava a different selection for their main course or do they have to pick from the same menu as the regular guests??
ex: the bridal party gets surf and turf and the rest of the guests pick from the wedding menu.

We're going tomorrow to JT to drop off another payment. I will ask if the contract can be changed, like things being added or taken away at that time. Although I know I will hear it from FH about this!! But truth be told, we had no clue how everything worked when we booked!! So we negotiated price by taking some things off the menu, but that was it.

Any questions I should ask for tomorrow??

Hey, did you happen to ask about the noise levels in the skylight room for ceremonies? Do you think we should all call to see if there are receptions going on during our ceremonies?

I asked my BM the other day if votives were allowed on the tables and he said yes so I'm assuming the candle placecards are ok. I plan on doing them and possibly also the table # candles.

We are having our ceremony in the skylight room and the reception in the dome room. That's as far as we have gone, I still have a whole lot of planning to do!! any suggestions for DJ's??

wow hi!!!! that is such a crazy coincidence!!!!! if you have any questions just let me know! we are having 19 tables, we ended up with about 217 people, which i think is PERFECT. you definitely want to stay within that range, if you go over 240, they change the round to rectangular and it takes a lot away from the 'look'.
