Sometimes it depends on how tall you are. I'm 5'3 and I look alot heavier
then I am....

Even if you are not plus size your still welcome here.....

Afternoon ladies, hope everyone had a greta holiday weekend! I did, totally off my diet, but forme, that's what holidays are for!!! Back on today, ran 20 min at lunch and am eating good so far!!

I'll have the final count before I know it, time is going by so fast.
