I went to the gym this morning, so I am feeling great!!

-20lbs in the last month (5/2 - 6/2)!!
Now I just need to keep the momentum up!!

Awesome!! I need to get my butt back on the treadmill! I thought I would after I did for one day this week, but I haven't been on again!! Congrats on your accomplishment! That is fantastic!!

Congrats ladies for getting into shape. It's been hard for me to get back into the swing of things. I think the heat will straighten me out. I usually try to hide in clothes, but this time I'm not sweating it out. It will come off when it's good and ready. I'm feeling ready now,. Have a wonderful weekend.

I think I am gonna actually get on the treadmill today! And I just bought 2 dvd on collage video to try and workout my arms- so my arms won't look so horrible in my strapless wedding gown!!

I went to see my Dress today and I Love it more now then I did last year when I picked it out.....
