Well girls, I have decided that I cannot do Atkins anymore! I had forgone bread, pasta, potatoes and all other carbs for 3 weeks and only lost 3 lbs!! I have 99 days left till my wedding [yay for DDs!] and I really want to lose some pounds, but I cannot do this anymore! It is not working!

So I guess it's back to the drawing board!! I need some hugs please. I am so discouraged! Last year I did Jenny Craig and lost like 35 lbs and after I got engaged, I gained almost all of it back since I stopped going!! I feel like I am going to be such a chubby bride!

Try not to get discouraged!! I am still trying to lose weight and I have my good days and my bad days. Just remember that you are going to be a beautiful bride!!!

We do what we can do, as far as dieting and whatnot. Sometimes I'm good, salads, sometimes I'm not, Ben and Jerry's, the whole pint!!! Sometimes I run and sometimes I don't. I wish I had the fire in me to w/o like I did last summer, but I don't. My focus is this friggin wedding, the details, the DIY's, etc. We will all be gorgeous brides, can't wait to see our pics on the 07 bride pic thread!!!!

Thanks for the pep talk Ryan!! I wish that I could run more but I get so friggin tired that I can't keep it up for more than a couple of minutes- and that is on my treadmill!! You are right though... I should just focus on the details. Either way, fat or skinny, FH loves me and tells me how beautiful he thinks I am!! Btw- I ate a pint of B&J last night!!

Hi my name is Ryan and I am a B&J junkie!!!!!It has been 4 days since my last pint!

For me running blows, running on a treadmill blows more! But thats' because my treadmill is at the gym. I like running outside w/ my IPOD. My problem is finding time, then energy. I really have to get back to the gym or cancel my membership! My gym is a bit expensive, but it is a great gym! I wish I could see a little difference, I think that would help motivate me. Last month I wanted to buy diet pills for sale in Canada, but I chickened out! Not worth hurting myself, I just want to look OK in a bathing suit, I will be on my HM for 2 weeks, that is a long time in Summer clothes!!! Like my sister says, these pics are forever! But yet none of that gets me to the gym more than 2ce a week!!! Oh well, back to my programs! Thanks for letting me VENT!

I know I wanted to go somewhere warm though. And even tonight I found a reason not to go to the gym! I suck! I better get to bed early and go to spin tommorow! Of course I am PMSing and NEED chocolate!

OMG!!! I looove this!!! I nearly fell out of my chair whenI read it! I actually QUIT eating ice cream a few years back because I think I'm an addict. It's like smoking or alcoholism - I can't just have 1 bowl of ice cream - it MUST be the entire pint... I'm happy to report that I fell off the wagon and back into the ice cream truck when I was pregnant in '04...

Hi girls. I am a bit nervous and need to share. Today I got 'the call,' and was told that I need to come in to try on my dress asap. The shop said the manufacturer may have made a mistake with the length of my dress [it is supposed to be an exact hollow to hem measurement due to the detail on the hem] and that I need to come in with my shoes to try it on!

Well, first of all, I have not gotten my friggin shoes yet because I have been having foot issues lately, and also because I have been lazy. I was measured with 2 and 3/4' heels for the measurement of the dress, so #1- I need to find shoes before 10:30am on Monday!

And #2- I am feeling like a fat pig lately! Ever since my Atkins failure last week, I have not gotten on the diet wagon and I am so afraid that my dress is going to be too tight!! I ended up ordering a size 18 [which is my street size] thinking that I would lose a little bit of weight. My measurements were about and inch or 2 off from what the size 18 chart said! so now, I am freaking out that my dress won't zip at all!!

Girls, I really need some prayers! Does anyone have any suggestions where there are comfy shoes for my wedding out there [with 2 and 3/4 inch heels]? I live in Queens right now, but will go to Nassau or anywhere that has a great selection!! Sorry so long but I really needed to get this off my chest!

You can check out Target (they have a pretty good bridal selection), DSW, MACY'S or Kolhs for your shoes. I ended up getting my shoes at David's Bridal when I got my dress, so you may want to check them out too!

I am going through the same thing with my dress. My dress is sitting in Brooklyn at my sisters and I am dreading making the appointment for my first fitting out of fear that it won't fit. I have been cutting down and exercising, but it isn't easy. I am planning on buy spanx to help to hold me in and hopefully that will help. I am sure that things will be fine when you have your fitting on Monday and I am also sure that you are going to look beautiful in your dress.

Hey Ladies I need some help, I have 3 Necklace and Earring sets. I just added a set that belonged to my Mom I showed it to my brother and he thinks that I should wear the set on my wedding day. What do all of you think?? I found the set while packing up my Mom's things after she passed. I have pictures of all 3 sets in my album.
