we are going out this weekend to pick up the countertops and cabinets. Hopefully they will go in fast and mom and I can start unpacking the stuff!!

and start scrapping already!!

That's great! I did a couple of pages of my honeymoon last night. And my shower is now scrapped too. I don't have a digital camera, so I can't post pics...

I went to my first CreativeMemories party last night, it was fun. I don't have any white pages in my books so it was a little weird for me. I bought the oval cutting system & some stickers. My friend that hosted the party signed up for a crop club with the instructor, so we will crop one every two months together. We also found out about an all day crop at Islip high school in October-I forgot to write down the exact date but I'll get it. I'm going!

We need to start a crop club with the ladies on here!

I tried to walk to your house during the black out w/ angel but we only made it to gardiners ave and got chinesse and went home, we both couldnt go anymore!! and I didnt want to drive

hey 'scrapbookers' - i was in kohls and didn't know if anyone was interested but they have scrapbook pages on clearance - they are 80% off - in the back by the picture frames.....thought of you all and then tammy was nice ebought to have posted so it bumped for me!

I was playing around last night...and made this card with some of the card embellishments from Michaels. I think Im going to sell it on Ebay...what do you think I should list it at?

Beautiful card!

I also really liked the recipe pages! What a great idea it would be to make a recipe book for someone's bridal shower! Or even one for ourselves as a 'family recipe' book.

Anyone going to the Scrapbooking Expo the 22nd/23rd? I think I'm going on the 23rd with my sister and her SIL. Does anyone know if we need tickets in advance?
