ceremony 10 am and reception 12 pm

Ceremony = 3:30pm
Cocktails = 6:30pm
Reception = 8pm

We will have hospitality suites open from 3:30-6:30 for people who are not staying the hotel and have nowhere to go. Me and FH will socialize with people for about an hour after the ceremony so guests will have to entertain themselves between 4:30 and 6:30pm (hence, the hospitality suites). We tried to cut this gap down but with indian weddings it's hard. Both bride and groom have to change their clothes completely and we get more photos taken.
