My BP was saturday. we had a cocktail party at my house then a limo picked us up & we went to Posh. we had such a great time!

amy~everything looks great!

FH and I went to AC Moore last night and picked up paper and a board to make our seating chart...instead of writing out the place cards we are making a board that will be onthe front table and everyone can just look and see where they are sitting... so far it looks awesome...I will take a pic when it's all done...

That's awesome Janine! I so wanted to do that, but nobody else liked the idea. I can't wait to see it when its done.

At least I didn't have to handwrite the seating cards.

Tonight is hopefully my final fitting. Otherwise I have a backup appointment on Thursday. I'm really hoping tonights the final though. I could use a free night this week.

I went and picked up my dress today!!!!! It's all laid out in the spare bedroom at my father's house. I can't wait to wear it.
Our final meeting is tonight also. It's so close, I can't even believe it

I dont pick up my dress until the 5th... but that's good b/c we don't really have a great place to keep it anyway... we have 3 cats...one of which likes to get into everything...

I'm not picking up my dress until the 5th either. We have 4 birds and although I can keep it another room, there's too much risk for mishap. I feel its safer at the bridal salon.

I have that same feeling. My goal is to be done with everything by Sunday night. This way I can relax next week, but will have time for last minute stuff if necessary.

I am in total shock that this will all be over with in 2 weeks!! I CANNOT WAIT!!! I am sooooooooooooooooo excited!!! I can't believe it's next weekend!! I am sooo sick of thinking of little details--it's getting so annoying! LOL

11/6 Ladies-- my mom got the forecast and it's supossedely going to be a high of 75 degrees and mostly sunny!!! WOoHOO!! that is a great weather weekend!

So tonight was NOT my final fitting. UGH! It is fitting well, but the bustle was hanging a little low on the left side AND they still have cut the extra fabric they took in when they hemmed the dress from the waist. SO, I'm going Thursday to try it on AGAIN after they adjust those things and hopefully THAT will be my FINAL fitting!

I'm feeling so drained this week. Too much running around and not enough sleep. I'm going to try and consciously go to bed at 11pm for the rest of the week to try and catch up.

Tomorrow I'm going for a facial and a massage so that should help me relax. I can't wait!

I am glad to hear most things are going okay with everyone. Times have been very tough for me this week. It is so hard to stay excited Everyone keeps telling me not to worry but it is so hard not too. I have my final fitting tomorrow so I hope that get's me going

I was thinking of putting together a list of things to bring with me the day of my wedding so I don't leave anything out. So far, I've come up with this...

Marriage license
tips for vendors (best man handing out to vendors)
Makeup for touch-ups
travel sewing kit
X-tra stockings
band-aids for feet if shoes are hurting
bridal slippers
curlers to touch up hair if needed
hairspray, pins, etc.
ring bearer pillow

Can anyone think of anything else to bring that day?

The day before is when I'm dropping off our favors, place cards, mailbox for gifts, unity candle & holder, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book & pen.
