My planning is pretty much done. Just getting settled in the apartment. I only have to meet with my church and the hall one last time. I am so excited!! I pray for beautiful weather for all of us!~

It's so exciting! I can't believe it! I went for my final fitting today I'm nervous I'm forgetting some of the last minute details.

Is anyone doing programs? I'm not sure how the order goes for a Catholic Cermony (not mass). Any suggestions?

We are actually going to be working on our programs soon. I am getting married in the catholic church-a mass. What specific questions do you have? We are going to be doing them on the computer. You can purchase the program paper at Micheal's (craft store). Its about $20.00 for 30 (i believe). I will update how they come out all of them. The sample looked nice. Is any brides out there walking down the aisle alone????

Jennifer: The bride getting married on Nov 7th, does your last name start with a B??? I know of a Jen getting married that day, I work at the same place her mom does, and where she used to work. I thought it would be hysterical if I know you....You would then know my fiancee.....

We did programs and we are having just a catholic Ceremony because I am not Catholic and they would not let us have a mass. I am secretly happy about If you need help let me know. I will be at my computer tomorrow night if you would like me to e-mail it to you.

hey girls...I am back from our weekend on Shelter Island...we went to a wedding there at Michael Anthony's... it was nice... we had to take a ferry there and a lot of stuff is expensive on the island... but we stopped at some wineries the day before the wedding...it was great. I was tearing up at the ceremony just picturing myself and FH...it's starting to feel so real now...

janine--try TARGET. I got a 4 pack there for I think for 14.99 or 19.99 they have color or black and white and they are really pretty--they're called 'I DO' cameras!

I am so annoyed with this virus--I am back to work today feeling a little better, this weather isn't helping though!! this fatigue just plagued me and my mom too! ROAR!

Allison, I'm glad you are feeling better!

I can't believe we are in the teens. FH and I are in overdrive right now. We've been so busy I've barely had time to check in on LIW.

Last week I had a third fitting appointment and my dress is still too big and too long. I know have 3 more setup (one this week, and two next week). Because they are hemming from the waist, it is very complicated.

We also had our final design session at Jack & Rose. IT went great, but his earlier appointment ran late, and so our 5.30 appointment turned into a 8pm appointment. We worked with an assistant during that time, but still had to review everything with Jack. We were very happy but exhausted by time we waited for the final pricing and contract (we made a lot of changes -- more roses, rented ceremony pedastels). We didn't leave there until 10.45pm last Thursday.

FH & I dragged our asses all weekend because both of us have not been sleeping well -- stupid wedding dreams!

Sunday I did put aside honeymoon clothes as I was transitioning my summer / winter wardrobe.

Last night I found great unscented burgundy colored candles at Linens & Things -- we are putting bowls of pillar candles on Island Hills two large bars to jazz them up a little.

Tonight I have my final appointment for laser hair removal (I've done my armpits, mustache, bikini) and FH is coming along because he wants the backs of his hands done (he's doesn't want hairy gorilla hands in the pictures -- too funny!).

I've touched based with our photographer and videographer and hotel. And everything is all set!

Tonight I hope to wrap all the rehearsal dinner gifts. I still need to write personal cards for each of our partcipants.

I wasn't going to do welcome bags, but I decided to do them, so I need to go shopping for that.

Our seating arrangements are done and this weekend we are tackling placecards -- I found translucent vellum ones that I can print from our printers -- big timesaver!!

Saturday is my bachelorette and in the morning I'm going for my final hair cut and color.

Sunday is our final meeting with Island Hills.

Next week is my final facial and I'm also getting a hour massage! Can't wait for that!

Only thing we'll need to do next week is programs!

At some point, we need to do our final house cleaning in prep for the wedding day.

*PHEW!* I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but I thought I'd share what's on my last-minute list!

One more thing: Our wedding coordinator was contacted from TLC A Wedding Story, and we submitted an application. We haven't heard if we are picked yet, but there's a good chance we might be.

I'm not loving the idea because of the added stress, but FH is excited and I will admit it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Hi girls! I know I haven't been on much, I am just so stressed. I freaked on FH last night. He is such a procratonator.
We're just finishing up painting our apt.
Still need carpet in the bedroom & we are putting Pergo in the LR.
He still has to move his stuff in.

All my favors are wrapped, I hate the way they look w/the ribbon. My mom said that she is going to re-do them all since she doesn't like them either. (gotta love mom)

Still have to get GM gift's
Finish tables/placecards.
Finalize w/Limo
Finalize w/DJ (going tonight)
Assemble Programs.
Get table Cameras.
The list goes on.
