We were able to arrange a shuttle with the hotel free of charge. It's one time for pick up before and one time for pick up after. Ask your hotel if they can provide something like that.

do any of you have a lot of OOT guests? Are you providing a shuttle to get them to and from the reception?

The Best Western East End is providing a shuttle for all of our guests that are staying there to go back and forth. The shuttle will start a haf hour before our reception and run for about an hour. It will then stop and restart about 30 minutes before reception ends until half hour after reception ends (depending on how many guests are still there). This is also free of charge.

Okay ladies! I had Randee email me her centerpiece picture because I was dying to see it!

I LOVE IT! I love the colors and that its modern looking -- and I LOVE the Calla's in it! I can't wait to see your pictures with a room filled of these!

I'm so excited that you were able to post it and that you like it! I couldn't believe how it came out when I walked into Pedestals (that's the florist that designed our CP). I can't wait to see the room filled with these CP's. Pedestals is also making a piece for our place card table but it's only going to have the red James Story orchids, no calla lillies, or curly willows.

You are very welcome! So the red stuff is called James Story orchids? I didn't know the name. I bet a big thing of that would look cool too. I love the shade of red that the come in. Very Autumn-like.

Janine, we are having 60 people staying at the hotel as of yesterday so we hired a Coach Bus to shuttle our guests. I know some hotels do have a shuttle but a lot of them it is used only for the airport. I know the Holiday Inn Express offers free shuttle service but we did not chose that hotel for our guests.

Beautiful centerpiece! My design session with J&R is next Thursday. What was the experience like? Anything I should be on the look out in terms of loopholes? I've been reading some questionable reviews about them lately.

ok, so we started seating arrangements tonight--SHOOT ME NOW!!!! Everyone tried to warn me but I really was not prepared for how freaking annoying this is!!! ROAR!! lol it really is the most annoying part of the planning!

I am going to the florist tomorrow to finalize things!! yeah!!!

my brother is visiting this weekend... so we went into Saratoga today and I showed him this watch I was thinking of getting my dad...he liked it...so I am going to buy it tomorrow... and we are going to look for jewerly for my mom tomorrow as well...

I can not wait for the nightmare of seating arrangements to be over!!!!!! I so hate this part. I would rather pull hairs out of my head then ever have to do this again!
