I am also on track to not have my aunt flow for the wedding... That makes me SO happy...

I am on LI this weekend... I picked up our mini wine bottle favors and put the 'thank you' stickers on them... I wrapped the FG gifts (wedding barbie & barbie stickers)... and made up the hotel bags... my mom and I went to BJ's and got water, rice krispy treats, cheese and cracker packages, tootsie rolls, pepermint patties, and chocolate... we also put in little packs of advil & tylenol... oh and tic tacs... they are all lined up on my table... our dining room is like 'The Wedding Zone'... I took some pics tonight so sometime this weekend I will get them on the comp to show you all...

btw...has anyone checked the farmer's almanc?

haha janine--the wedding zone!! LOL Sounds like my house and our apartment!!!! We have the gifts for the BP all over the place and they're huge baskets I made for the girls, so it's not like they're small little boxes!! I'll take pics today after they're done!!!

My mom and I also put all the gifts tags on the apple cider bags for the favors!! I shall post pics!!!

Your out of town baskets sound soooooo nice janine! You're smart to get that done now!! I CANNOT BELIEVE WE HAVE ONLY 5 weeks left!!

I checked the Farmers Almanac a while back and I think it said partly cloudy and in the low 50's. I can deal with that my dress is sooo hot

I wish I could do OOT Bags We have 30 rooms booked and that means about 65 or 70 people. That's way to expensive for me to do. I don't think people will mind if I don't do it

allison~ I was able to make 45 hotel bags... and all the stuff for inside came to $75... and the bags and ribbon came to about $25... we are doing one bag per room... so it was about $100... it wasn't too bad in terms of cost...

Wow Janine that is great!!! You got so much done this weekend.

I almost finished the programs. I have 25 more to do. I decided to make 100. That should be plenty.

Janine! What progress! I'm impressed. And you look beautiful in your dress. You must be so excited.

We were originally going to do out of town bags, but as it turns out, we really only have 1 couple staying at the hotel who are really from out of town. Everyone else is from the tri-state area and are just staying the night to avoid driving home the same day.

The one couple is actually staying with us the night of the rehearsal dinner and then the hotel the rest of the weekend. We'll probably just take them to breakfast or something the day before the wedding.

Congrats on your dress finally coming in!!!!!! I go for my 2nd fitting on Wed. I am so excited! I also meet with our wedding planner on Tues. This will be our first real meeting to talk about the wedding

A side note, our last piece of furnigure was finally delivered today. Now we are all set. I just have to bring my clothes, tv, and dresser over

Janine, your dress looks BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Thanks for sharing!!! Everything you posted looks great!!!! We go for our linens and menu on Tuesday night!! I cannot believe it is only 5 weeks away!!! Good thing Oct has an extra weekend thrown in there!!
I picked up our program covers from KINKOS and they look AMAZING!!! Got little glass votives @ MICHAELS and put really nice vellum leaf 'stickers' on them and going to fill them up with AUTUMN candy as part of the favor!! i have so much to do!! AH!!
