i think that i am generally just not a fan of 'posed' and unnatural shots - like something that wouldn't normally happen unless it was staged. however, i took quite a few of them at my photographer's request, so we will see how they come out before i pass any judgements!

I got this one!!! I have them sniffing it too! But I do like this one, where it looks like they're all offering me flowers...I think it's funny knowing the guys...and of course my nephew is too darn cute!

ETA For the record, I didn't ask for these poses.

We have a non-pro pic of two of the GM holding bouquets, and the look on their faces just made it our funniest wedding pic

I'm not a fan oft the overly sexy pics (although some are beautiful & done very tastefully) and the ones of the GM all over the bride or the BM all over the groom. The veil over the bride & groom is very pretty, but I think I'm tired of it from seeing it so often. I like the shots of the bouquets on the train. My mom has a beautiful shot like that from her wedding & that made me want one for mine too.

I don't know if I have any pet peeve shots -- some shots that REALLY worked for other people looked so silly in our pictures. Some of our pictures were just hilarious with their cheesiness, though the vast majority of them we loved. There were just some things where I'd think, 'Wow, I saw so and so did a similar pic and it looked SO COOL. Why do we look so stupid doing the same thing?!'

this my friends was the dumbest picture in america....I had NO IDEA what the hell I was suppose to be doing and my girls were HYSTERICALLY laughing......The only reason I like it is b/c I like the memory along with it but ummmmmm Jay I love ya and all but WHAT were you trying to accomplish here LOL

JMO- but I'm not a fan of the pics with the veil going over both the bride and groom!

infact, i did that pose and i chuckled to myself b/c, in reality, i'm not a huge fan of it either but since it is so popular i did it ANYWAY lol lol how funny?!

I also dislike when the bridesmaid bouquets are spread out on the brides train. It bothers me because it is so unnatural looking.

It seems like everyone has seen this bo-k on the train type of pic. Someone post! Where have I been?? Ive never even seen this!
