lol i actually did like our veil over us pic--it came out nice. but it has been overdone.

honestly i hate hate hate hate hate hate overly 'sexy' poses of brides and grooms. to each their own--and i'm not a traditionalist by ANY means--but i just don't think your wedding day in a gorgeous white dress is the day that you should do pics like stradling your husband while he lays on the ground like your humping him or bending over like he's hitting it from da back.

i know ppl like doing them to be 'different' and cool, but its just not my style at all.

Now see.. I actually have one framed of me laying on a blanket in the gress and DH over me kissing me..

I WANTED sexy pictures.. I have some traditional ones but I wanted my pictures too ooze sex and sensuality and honestly, they were so tasteful.. not like cover of a porn video at all!!!

I have this one too! But its what i wanted and one of my FAVORITE pics of us

Oh I thought of another one. The one where the B&G hold their rings out in front and they're in the background kissing. I don't care for those either.

We have that, except it's just DH that's holding the rings and its in B&W and it's pretty cool..

I have them sniffing it too!

But I do like this one, where it looks like they're all offering me flowers...I think it's funny knowing the guys...and of course my nephew is too darn cute!

ETA For the record, I didn't ask for these poses.

Absoultely dislike the bouquet placed on the bottom of the dress .. very outdated and chessy!

That is so funny you said that because my mother in law suggested to our photographer to do the same thing...our photog was like 'um thats actually very 70' ... everyone start laughing - i feel bad but i believe him

I hope I don't offend anyone- but I'll go 1st!!

JMO- but I'm not a fan of the pics with the veil going over both the bride and groom!

We're not really fans of this one either, but I think we did it on our wedding day because the wind was blowing my veil around like crazy so it just kind of happened. DH especially dislikes this pose. I think it depends on the lighting and the way the couple is shot. Some look much better than others.

And I'm also not a fan of the bouquets around the bottom of the dress. Hope no one is offended!!

I actually love these, I will have the same ones, George is my photographer as well. I just think ones where the bride is like straddling her husband are a bit much

Also... we have a couple shots of the groomsmen and DH jumping off a step... I'm not normally a fan of those jumping poses either, but we did it because we wanted to see how it would turn out for Sh!ts and giggles.

And I have to say we have laughed the hardest over those pics!!! Each guy made such a weird and different face! DH looks like he's gonna kick someone's a$$, my brother looks like a total flamer (not that there's anything wrong with that

) And the best man looks like he's pooping in his pants!

we have the chessiest shot ever... the photog. made fh jump off of a rock or something and made me stand there with open arms like he is jumping into my arms..its so cheesey I can't even show it to anyone...too embarassing lol

The ones I don't like are probably the most common... I totally told my photographer to NOT make me do it, but he did ANYWAY! And I totally was cracking up the whole time:
