Im having about 124 guests in the garden room. how many tables do you think I will need?? How many did everyone or is everyone sitting per table? Also, do you have to pay extra to have wine put on each table?

probably 11 or 12 tables
don't put more than 12 at a table--request all 14 person tops regardless of how many people are at the table
yes, it is extra for wine at the tables

i have 2 tables seating 14, both have 2 sets of small kids, is that too tight? we're requesting the large table for those though?
i'm also removing the sweetheart table and sitting at #5, would that be awkward? wedding is in less than one week! :(

i already responded to your FM, but thought this might help others.
don't get rid of the dais--it's a great way to relax with your husband and have a few quiet moments together. stay separate from your guests for better photo ops, privacy, etc.
with kids it should be okay, as long as any high chairs aren't bigger than a regular chair.

Sorry to post late, but if they are not in a high chair, it is going to be tight! Just cause they have tiny butts doesn't mean they get tiny seats.
The chairs still take up the same space.

They told me I can put 12-14 ppl at a table but I am only putting 10 ppl per table. Their tables are narrow and long.

I sat at table 5 with my some special guests including bestman and MOH and loved it!
It's so nice to be able to sit down and talk to some close friends! FH & I took turns mingling with guests so it helps that I'm not sitting all by my lonesome while's he's away.
We had 16 guests at a 14 top table and it was abit tight but perfectly fine. They squeezed themselves in, I didn't. :P
One word of advice don't show anyone your seatingn chart or they will PLOT to rearrange themselves. :P Soooo annoying!
I had a FAB time though. WM is Wonderful! You can see pics in my album. :D

Just a question - i've been reading that people had 7 choices for entree at Westbury Manor. When I booked, we were only offered 5 choices - do you have to pay extra for 7? Thanks!

We booked in July and were only offered the 7 entree option...I didn't even know there was a 5.It probably could have saved us some money!

to all the girls on this board i just got back from my HM last weekend, andi wanted to let you all know how AMAZING westbury manor was...EVERYTHING was perfect...we added only the martini bar and the mashed potatoe bar (we added that one the day before lol)
and EVERYONE kept commenting on how much food there was and they couldnt believe it...even my dad said his whole table was talking about it all nite...my mother too...
good luck to all future westbury manor brides...that place is truly amazing!!
