OMG OMG OMG!!!! My counter says 100 days and 2 hours!!! Before the end of the work day I'll be in double digits!

I know, I can't wait for it to get here! I feel like I'm ready until I look at my 'things to do' list...and then I start to panic! I can't believe it will be double digits soon! Seems like just yesterday I still had over a year to go!

I am sending my invites out the first week or beginning of the second week of Sep. My rsvp is Oct 9. I want to have plently of time to do the seating thing!

I was thinking of sending mine on Sept 27th with an RSVP of exactly 1 month later--Oct 27th.I have another question for you ladies--
Did you have trouble deciding what to do with your flowers and 'theme'? I was so torn between doing an Autumn theme since it's the Sat after thanksgiving) and a holiday theme (since our weekend is the official start of the Christmas season).
What are your themes/flowers like??
It's so fun talking to girls with the same date!

I think I am going to send mine on 9/13, my RSVP is 10/27.For flowers I decided on doing off white roses w/ blue hydrangeas - however i still kinda have a autumn theme b/c my bm dresses are chocolate. so i figured the blue is holidayish and the chocolate is autumnish! best of both!

I know, I love that you all have the same date. Our hall will be decorated for Christmas for our wedding so we are going with a holiday theme. Our flowers are black magic roses and stephanotis (spelling?) and small red berried. Our centerpieces are pillars with ivory candles and a red berry wreath around them. Our favors are candles in a jar with a red label with a snowman on it with our names/date. Our other favor/place cards are CDs in paperboard cases with our favorite holday music on it. What are you all planning?

I'm actually sending our out early because its a holiday wk end and flights to NY are so much $$ (for OOT guests) plus I wanted to make sure people would be able to make the date and not be away for the holiday. So, I'm sending ours out next week (Aug 30-Sept3).

Those are great colors! My BMs dresses are a deep red...so we're doing traditional holiday reds/whites, etc.

my hall does not decorate for the holidays b/c of all the different religions and what not so they do not have anything up. my favors though are for x-mas (ornaments w/ swarovzki crystals) so since the day kicks off x-mas we did that! Does anyone know what the temps. usually are outside this weekend?

Ladies, your themes sound beautiful!I originally really really wanted to go with an Autumn theme because John from Flowers Michelle has pictures of the most amazing autumn CP's.
But then the watermill told me they will be decorated for Christmas already....so I couldnt get the CP's I had my heart set on.
I am going with a holiday theme too--votives spiral up the base of my CP. I am using red berries, vanilla colored hydrangeas, Black magic Roses, and for a touch of green I am using Bells of Ireland. My favors are full sized bottles of Long Island Winter white wine from Pindar. The labels of this wine are really festive with a pine bough and pine cone. My BM's are wearing Navy blue with crystals all along the speghetti straps of their dress.
What do you guys still have left to do?

I can't believe it! Yay for us!
I am getting married in a Synagogue so no holiday decorations for us! My girls are in a color called Driftwood (king of a cinnamon brown). My flowers are all shades of whites - browns.
I feel like it is so far away but then I look at my to do list and I feel like I will never be done!
I am sending out the invites at the end of September. We sent out Save the Dates so hopefully that was enough of an indication for OOTers to make flight and hotel arrangements ( I sent a hotel info card in the STD).
Most of all, I am so excited that in addition to marrying my best friend in 100 days, I am going to Tahiti in 102 days!
