whats the best gift u ever GAVE??

i gave my ex amazing leather pants when he was in his rock star stage that cost a friggen fortune, he never expcected it.. loved his expression when i gave him the gift lol

Gave my FH a signed guitar from The Police for our second XMas/Hanukkah together. Cost a fortune--but SO worth it to see his face light up.

this is not christmas related! But the Best gift my sister and I gave our parents was a reception party on their 25th anniversary. when they got married they never had a reception party because My dad was in the navy so we decided to do that for them.

I don't mean to toot my own horn

but I'm a pretty good gift-giver

I gave an ex (sorry hunnie) an authentic Yankee jersey which cost me a bundle.. and also bought us tix to see the Yanks play Baltimore at Camden Yards, and made a weekend trip out of it.

In retrospect, I was WAAAY TOO NICE for the likes of him (ex=ungrateful loser)

Damn if I knew then what I know now, I would've kept the jersey for myself, and took my girlfriends to Baltimore for the weekend!

Now I'm reduced to buying tickets for Mets games for my hubby, which I have to *try* to sit thru!

Hey - at least he loved the iPod I just bought for his birthday!!

Granted the best gift I ever gave was to an ex too. I gave her $5K towards a new car as a present. (then stupid me made most of the payments too) In retrospect, I should've kept the car!

I planned 2 surprise parties for DH a couple of years ago. One was to the Poconos. He knew we were going away, but when we got to the White Water Rafting place, I had about 15 of his friends waiting for us. For the people who couldn't come rafting, I had another surprise party in the city. I also bought him a new grill and an outdoor fireplace.
