i started in the winter...I still live at home & both my parents were recently diagnosed with diabetes...So all the sweets left the house...I only wanted to drop about 10lbs & i ended up dropping 20lbs!
Now the key is to keep it off! I feel better then ever!!!

I started already being that I have more time to work out and eat right in the summer months. I lost 6 pounds so far in about 2 and a half weeks...

I've been doing weight watchers half-heartedly and have gone up and down in weight. But ever since I ordered my dress, I have been very strict with my points. I lost 3.5 lbs so far in a little over a week.

I started WW on tues and it has been a week now and i lost 3lbs. The FH is on it too and he lost 10lbs! SO I am going to try to stick with this for the year

Lucky thing my dress flatters my body. I really want to work out my arms.

I'm trying to do it now...although I keep thinking I'd rather do this next year instead of the WHOLE time! I started South Beach a few weeks ago and lost 8 or 10 lbs.

I attempted that - I was on a diet for about three days after I got engaged and then I figured that I'd just save the 5-10 pounds for the last six months.

OMG, me too!! I quit smoking on May 2, 2005 and ever since, I've strapped on the food bag!!
I'm past my one-year mark (June 11, 2004 was my quit date) and I STILL can't lose this weight. I gained like, 20 pounds. 
I lost I think maybe 5 pounds of it, but that's it.

I have been exercising on and off all year. I really do love to exercise but cannot find the time. Last month I started WW and have lost about 5 pounds. I am doing it more for me than for just the wedding.

I've sort of started. I eat out a lot, so i've started by eating at home (which saves $$$) and only eating yogurt for breakfast.
I'd like to loose 10-15lbs-not a lot for me as i'm 5'10".
