Official 2006 Watermill Thread

Well since no one else wanted to do it, I decided to.

For those of you having your reception at the Watermill, which room are you going to be in?

And are you going to the Showcase 8/3??

Also..will your ceremony be there?

Astor. I loved the Vanderbilt but my guarantee of 110 is hard enough!

Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread

I have a minimum of 125. I personally like the astor room better than the vanderbuilt.

I am going to the showcase on 8/3. I went to one over the winter and they had all the cocktail hour food, cake, champagne and the chocolate fountains, one was milk chocolate the other was white chocolate. There food is delicious.

Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread

I did like the fireplace though in the Astor. I'm psyched to put my pictures up on it.

Cake? I didn't know about the cake. Oh boy, I have a feeling I'm going to roll out of there.

I am going to be in the Vanderbuilt room (my ch in the astor room) i have to guarantee a min of 225. i am sure i am going to exceed that though.

I am going to showcase on august 3rd, i might be a little late though because i'm getting off from work early to go there and i'm about a half an hour away. i am going with my mom and meeting up with my FH mom and aunt. look forward to meeting you girls there!

i wanted my ceremony to be outside there but we're not sure yet what is going to happen, i will most likely get married in my local church.

We are taking pictures at the beach and at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale. Since our church is at 3:00 and the CH doesn't start until 7:30 we've got lots of time.
