Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread

Low oblong CPs with about 6-9 different sized pillar candles in the center.

Here's an idea of what I'm talking about only I want alot more flowers around the candles so that the entire CP will be bigger...

We got invited but didn't go either. FI was like NO WAY!!! It didn't really matter to me anyway since we're not using her either.

As for the vendor calls it is very common for them to call after a showcase. I always get calls from vendors that I've seen at a showcase. I think all the venues give your name and numbers out. That's why they have you fill out a form to register for the showcase. When a vendor calls I just tell them I've already booked even if it's not true. It just stops them from calling.

Sounds like our FI's are on the same wavelength.

I started to get the Watermill calls right after I booked actually..within a few days. Now I get at least a few a week. I think I'm going to lie and say I'm booked from now on..

Definitely sounds like our FIs are on the same wavelength!!! I'm telling you. It may sound mean, but just lie to the vendors that call. It really makes them stop calling!

I did. I called them last month. But he said watermill will take care of that. I don't really even know that he will hold my date.
then I asked him, do I have to sign a contract or anything. He said no.

How do you know that they will hold your date?

Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread

Thinking of doing fall colored roses like red, orange and yellow with those little red berries (I know there's a name for them, I just can't think of it) and maybe fall colored leaves. For the CPs same kind of flowers with 6-9 pillar candles in the center. Here are some pics of what I'm thinking of...

At this point I'm not sure. I'm setting up appointments with James Cress and Surgar Magnolias. I think the CPs are from Flower Michelle and the Bouquets are from Flowers by Brian.

Last night Royal Limo called and the message on my machine was soooo funny. They said 'We're recommended by the Watermill and they asked us to call you...' yeah I'm sure.
