Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread
Hi Sam,I just got back from Watermill.
Oh my god.. there are lots food he explained to us and it made me hungry
I upgraded hot seafood bar and chocolate fountain.
He gave a good deal ( I think
)For the hot foods , I choosed:
Fried calamari, duck, st.louis ribs, paella, eggplant rollatini, beef bourguignonne.
For the pasta station, I choosed penne ai funghi ( he said that's the best ).
For the carving: I choosed stuffed loin of pork.
For entrees: he said asian salmon is the best for fish. and he said you can't go wrong with chateau briand.
and what else.. hmmmm i will have peach melba as a dessert since I already have chocolate fountain. but if not cappuccino mousse is popular too.
then he will discuss with you from the beginning until the end. He will tell you when you have to dropp off your things ( such as favors, etc) and etc.
if you have any question just fm..
so good luck girl !

thanks sam
Well, to tell you the truth.. I don't know the diff. between them. Perhaps you can ask bruce about that.
I once asked him the diff between prestige and deluxe and he said ( if it is correct ) the deluxe menu has less food on cocktail hour and i don't know about the reception though.

We are also dealing with Brian. Very nice guy - although haven't really talked to him since we signed the contract! Do you speak with him often? Have I been too relaxed about this whole thing? Maybe I should start bothering him since we only have 3 months to go!Welcome New Vendors
