Re: Official 2006 Watermill Thread
We booked in April last year, but I believe our contract included:1 waiter/waitress per table
Choice of linens
Chair covers
Valet parking
Red & White wine on every table
I'm sure there are other things, but I can't remember right now. I'll have to check out our menu/contract details tonight.
Does the Watermill provide directional cards or do I need to make them? Are table numbers in frames included?

They have directional cards. Also they have table numbers in frames - they are very pretty, someone posted a pic once.

i have the gourmet menu.
do you remember what this includes? Do you know how it is different from prestige?
when i went there, i started with the prestige menu, and ended up with the gourmet. So, I have both menus at home. The prestige menu has a lot of food - but the gourmet has pretty much everything - there is nothing to include.
Prestige include:
CH: 8 hot stations
1 pasta
1 ice sculpture
fruit station
veggie station
bread basket
1 carving station
cheese basket
Entrees: 3
cake
Gourmet includes:
CH: 10 hot stations
2 pasta stations
bread basket
3 ice sculptures
seafood boat
2 carving stations (pork, filet mignon, or fish)
cheese basket
fish station
veggie station
martini bar (which includes an ice sculpture that the drink pours into - sooo cool!!!!)
top shelf liquor
fruit station
sushi bar
oriental wok station
choice of appetizer
salad
pasta
sorbet
choice of 6 entrees
cake
venitian hr
this is the most i can remember - im sure that there is more on both menus
HTH!!
