this just really saddens me.. I guess coming on here to get ideas and plan a wedding is more stress than I can bargain for. Anyone else feel like deleting their account and not bothering anymore since you never know who is talking about you??

I know I am a new member so I am not going to take sides or trash talk anyone because a) I wasn't involved and it''s not my place to do that and b)I am not the type to bad mouth people period but I am still REALLY CONFUSED!! I guess what gets me is people keep saying there was a lot of drama on these boards a few months back (hence the formation of the new boards) and that just makes no sense to me! I thought this site was supposed to help people who are getting MARRIED network and share ideas?? How could drama even result from such a thing in the first place?? This whole situation just really upsets me because I was referred to this site by one of my best friends and she did nothing but rant and rave about how wonderful everyone is. She made some good real life friends from this site and I was hoping that eventually I could do the same! I am not going to take sides either way but I really hope this gets resolved as I am too old and too busy to deal with this type of drama! I just don't understand why we can't all be friends!

I was apart of that board but I think I read it for maybe 4 days and then lost the link to it so I just never went back.
In all honesty, I have no idea what is going on or what was being said but no offense to anyone I dont have free time FOR MYSELF lately let alone enough free time to worry about other peoples business and talking negatively about others.

Perhaps but in all honesty WHO CARES!! Its a message board. If people were wasting their time talking smack about me I would probably feel sorry for them and not really take it to heart!!!
Unfortunately, people (not all of them, but MOST) talk about other people. As long as its not the people closest to you or that MATTER to you--who cares?!!!!!!

Unfortunately, people (not all of them, but MOST) talk about other people. As long as its not the people closest to you or that MATTER to you--who cares?!!!!!!
the reason a lot of girls are getting mad is because they wewre talking sht behind their back on this other board, then come here and be friendly....and on top of that this board had a shower coming up, you know those same people talking sht about girls would be all friendly in their faces in person. why couldnt they just say it on this board? and why go create a new one? because they were scared of what people would think of them, and didnt want to be looked at as two faced or sht talkers.

I am extremely embarrassed that vendors were nice enough to make the 09 Shower extra nice for us and now it's cancelled over stupidity.
The old timers never had drama and if there was a little things got fixed right away and remained friends. I feel bad for the newbies that started to post and now they have to hear about this drama.

I almost stopped talkin on here completely right after i found out, but i couldnt do that .... site is too addicting Hahaha I think it lasted about 2 whole days LOL
