you'll get the lets make a final menu like a month before youre wedding so dont be concerned yet.

and to all the fox hollow brides, they are awsome!!! my october 13th wedding was soooooooo much fun, all my guests raved about the food and the service, we got just the regular menu options, not upgrades and it was just amazing!! they were above and beyond accomadating and really had the whole night running smoothly your in great hands!!!!

i think the price for all upgrades was on page 2 of this thread

in refernce to the WGP; i was told that the max without tables on the dancefloor was 156 as well
13 tables of 12 and it is still comfortable
my friend had 150 and it was fine
i have over 160 on my list ; im not worried

Thanks for the update Laura ... I am inviting the max I think 156 -- but I only want 140 for $$$ reasons .. I am buying vases for my centerpieces now though and that helps to know the max number of tables (why i couldn't multiply it myself I do not know .... ).

Anyone know who I can talk to about getting in writing how much they give back if I do not use their baker for my cake? I have talked to a couple of BM's and they say I have to talk to jennifer and I did talk to her, but she won't fax me the thing in writing like she said she would. I have called her a bajillion times since and she won't return my calls. Should I just go and sit there till someone helps me or does anyone know who else will help me?

I'm so jealous! I didn't get mine yet and I am getting married the week before :(

Maybe it has to do with the size of your wedding or something, maybe they do larger parties first?

Wow, this feels so real now. I guess I will be patient and wait another month or so.

If anyone else is nervous about it, I'm sure you can call and request a meeting day/time.

Magazines we're supposed to get on Friday of every week sometimes don't come until Saturday or Monday, occasionally Tuesday....it STINKS!

I didn't really expect it until December or something honestly. I saw the letter sitting on the table sunday morning when I sleep-walked upstairs to use the bathroom.....I perked up real quick

Every once in a while it hits me as real but that feeling always goes away....i just want it to be here already!!!

Also, you may be right about them maybe sending the letters by size of the affair or whatever.....I'm in the Garden Terrace so...I dunno, really, anything is possible.

I sent them out on Saturday...from Lindy - since i was there....and i knew their post office is 500 times better than mine in jersey!

A jersey friend of mine texted me today saying she got hers today & loves it! I guess they arrived quickly!

It's all up to you when you want to send out...i know the whole theory of the shorter period of time they have to rsvp - the better chance is you'll get a reply...but i know i'll have to call people - i just want to know how much to budget for really!!!

It was sent out October 10th....told ya our mail stinks!!!! I sent out invites from Lindy on Saturday and people here got them today - but send something to ME here from there and it takes 5 days!!!
