Hey - I went to see Zavolas tonight - he was awesome!!! We were up for over two and a half hours dancing with him and a girl (a cyprea who I can't remember) - they were absolutley awesome!!!! We will probably be booking with them which will make me VERY HAPPY!!!! Just had to share to see if anyone else knew of them

Hey girls the wedding was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!!! Three SMALL issues and that is it! The flowers ****ed and we made them come back and redo them! (The put pink flowers in with white flowers!!!!!), the koumbara's dress wouldn't zipper but we bobbypinned it and thank goodness it had a huge flower over it and we fixed it and then there was a plate the bridal party signed that they put next to the cake and Chateu Briand broke it! But they ran out and bought super glue right away and fixed it almost good as new!!!! And that was the worst of it!!!

Jennifere From Fairytale Makeover - I posted a hair review on the B2B but I know you girls were interested in makeup - SHE WAS AWESOME! The airbrushing was amazing and so light!!! I let her pretty much do what she wanted for my makeup because I didn't have anything specific in mind. I'll try to post a picture!!!

St. Pauls - we started on time and the liturgy was over in 32 minutes but it felt so rushed!!! The priest (Father Kim I think) seemed to just be going through the motions. I would talk to them about this or meet with him a couple of times so you have some sort of personal bond with him.

Anything else you girls think of to ask - ask me!

As for St. Paul's FH and I drove by there the other day and it looks beautiful!!! I got all excited

Did they let your cousing take pics after her ceremony? What time was her ceremony?

We met with Father Kim and he seemed cold to us. He's nice, but we just didn't 'click' with him. We're hoping to get Father Pappas (from Three Hierarchs in Brooklyn) to do our ceremony. He did our engagement ceremony and he was AWESOME!! He's a longtime friend of the family and he speaks Spanish. So we would like him to do the important parts of the ceremony in Spanish so my grandparents and relatives from Uruguay can understand what's going on.

If you can get Father Pappas - I would!!!!! Her wedding was at 2 and we were out be 3ish. They didnt take pictures at St. Pauls because they had booked westbury gardens. But it was beautiful. The bride who I saw Friday was taking pictures outside!

Ok Girls - I changed my date (check B2B board). I'm now a May 2004 bride! I rebooked the hall, got a better time at the church, book the BAND!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and now off to finish everything else off! Just thought I would update!

My FItobe's father is sick. And he was just in the hospital again for a couple of weeks and still home with all this stuff and we are just worried he won't be around to see it. Since work will keep me with really nutso hours until end of April, we opted for mid-May. Luckily, everything was freeee - hall, church, band...
