The floors are definately a nice rennovation but not necessary
I am sure they do things during the week! I know they are completely booked on the weekends, so nothing would be done then!I remember going on a Tuesday night & they were painting the ballroom
Ohh, yes leese, they don't always pan out the way they plan them

Okay....two funny things. First, here is a pic of the carpet we are talking about:

I am glad that they are painting. In terms of the lights... all of us Feb through April brides MUST MUST MUST remember to start badgering them (in a loving way) to keep them up for us. They usually take them down in the beginning of March...but George said that sometimes they keep them up.
Good thing for reminding me leese!!! Completely forgot!!! We are the end of March, so it is up to us to pledge
I know Pizz will have the lights!!!

The lights inside. I was/am obsessed with how pretty they are and would love for them to keep them on (
)PS That post was from last year and they were painting a bit behind the dais.....
BY THE WAY.... does anyone know if that big wood thing is removeable?

You guys are killing me! Every time I see a new post I am so scared!!! Please leave everything the way it is because it is perfect! I love it all!! LOL I am stressing over here ladies! Word of advice as the days get closer it gets very stressful!
OK on to fun stuff! Yup, Lisa is correct I can answer! the FT is doing my cake and I do not have one worry! I brought them in a pic and I have no dough that they will copy it perfectly and it will tasty very yummy!

PIZZ! Your day is coming so close!I agree, definitely let them know you don't want it.
I was actually thinking of getting a table runner to go on top with our monogram or something instead.
And I love the look of the bridesmaid bo-k's around the sweetheart table too.

Pizz.....I too brought in a pic of the cake I wanted and to be honest,,I was very disappointed. It was crooked and it looked nothing like what I wanted, they forgot to put my cake topper on it AND it was also placed on a cardboard box with the the table cloth covering it instead of a nice CAKE STAND.
Everything about our wedding was perfect except the cake ...THANK GOD we had the VH..otherwise I would of been very upset..
BELLA...SO A CAKE STAND ISN'T A GIVEN? DO YOU PURCHASE ONE AND GIVE IT TO FT? OR DO YOU REQUEST ONE?

It's very easy to say relax.......there has not been one thing that is going right right now! not with the FT everything is perfect with them everything else ya know.....

I am so glad you are all saying that the wood thing can be removed. The old dias was SOOO much nicer!!! I don't know what they were thinking! But I am happy to hear that they can remove it. This board is such a great thing to have - you girl's helped me out so much - Thanks!

pizz, deep breath darling!!! As I have told you a million times, things will be ok! If you don't want the wood barrier, then call BM & tell them you don't! Personally, I like it especially decorated with the BOK's like leese said!Good idea bout the table runner or what not! That is definately something that will personalize yours!
Cake stand, if you have a square cake, there is no cake stand unless you provide it! The round cakes have stands! Originally I was going to purchase one bc I plan on a square cake but honestly, it is not $$ I want to spend at this time.
For all of us that are getting married in the next 3 months, this is VERY stressful & emotional! I am sure everyone will experience this at one point! There is definately a lot that needs to be done & the anticipation is beyond what you can ever imagine
