I ran 3 miles today!

And I worked out my shoulders and back.

WOO HOO!!!

Denise - I LOVE the quick ondemand workouts! They are GREAT! I tried a hip hop one. It was awesome!!!

I have to look for this now, I know we have some kinda on demand but I don't think it's free and I don't kno if they have the workouts thing you guys mentioned. I know some of you are in Queens so is it the same in Suffolk???

However, I finally got my arse in gear and am a little more motivated. I started WW a few weeks ago and so far so good. Just about 4 lbs down and too many more to go.

I just have to remember less than 8 months to go!!!!

yup i agree you have time...just be consistent which is the most important and what will get you results...getting into it and then stopping and doing this back and forth wont help much...But sticking to it and a routine will produce amazing results...GOOD LUCK
