I ran 3 miles today!![]()

And I worked out my shoulders and back.
WOO HOO!!!
Denise - I LOVE the quick ondemand workouts! They are GREAT! I tried a hip hop one. It was awesome!!!
I have to look for this now, I know we have some kinda on demand but I don't think it's free and I don't kno if they have the workouts thing you guys mentioned. I know some of you are in Queens so is it the same in Suffolk???
However, I finally got my arse in gear and am a little more motivated. I started WW a few weeks ago and so far so good. Just about 4 lbs down and too many more to go.
I just have to remember less than 8 months to go!!!!
Thats plenty of time! I have 7months to go too!
WW is great., my cousin is doing great on it!
I've done WW before but this time just seems 'different.' FH is sooooooo supportive which really helps a lot.
I guess I feel more control since I'm the one that does the food shopping now and its not my parents (though being that my mother is a dietician she never bought things that were unhealthy).
Originally I wasn't going to mention anything about meetings to FH, I was going to go after he left for work, but i'm glad I told him. I haven't told anyone else other than you girls.

I never looked for it so maybe i'll do that after FH leaves for work tonight since now i'm curious. I rarely watch tv so I don't know what we have for the most part.
I know we have On Demand but thats for channels like HBO, Showtime, etc. which you have to pay for. Maybe somone else from LI can clarify.

ugh i hate that, but don't feel bad just about everybody goes through it its annoying...don't let it discourage you, all of a sudden youre gonna drop all this weight later on and it will be out of nowhere, thats what happens to me. I had lost weight not long ago and that to me of course meant i could eat a little more, didnt gain weight when i did so i kept doing it, now all of a sudden ive gained a little back so had to get back into really working out alot. Also that time of month is coming up and im so bloated so I just feel real blah

Thats GREAT!!!! Im down 5 too but I think it's just water. For now I am working out at 3 days at the gym, 1 day with a trainer., other two on my own and if I can't make it to the gym I do pilates at home. I going to try to make 1 class a week preferably kickboxing.
My goal is to define my stomach area and tone my arms by the wedding. I would like to loose another 10.
Patron OUCH! Im gonna try to stick to Vodka and diet soda which has the lowest calorie content i believe!

Re: Wedding workout progress report
Hey all!! Hope everyone's weekend went well. FH and I went up to the Catskills on Friday and did a little hiking and then Sunday we went running for a few miles and played catch at the park (dorky, I know). I've been trying to eat healthy, but for the past two months I've been travelling to DC and it's been so hard to be healthy when I'm not cooking for myself. I also don't like working out in the hotel gym so I pack my jump rope for the week and every morning at 7:30 ESPN Classics shows a Denise Austin tape...Our e-pics are officially scheduled for Aug 13 (weather permitting)...so I need to get in shape by then!!!
we can do it!!
Goal:
Cardio and Weights: 3-4x a week
Power Progressive Yoga: 2-3x a week

I'll have to try on Wed after my meeting and when FH leaves for work. I know I shouldn't but I feel a little silly doing anything when he's in the apt.
