and its fresh corn for dinner and a Briermere pie for desert!

well we are having leftovers from yesterday.
i made cauliflower pasta, with breaded chicken cutlets. i just got home about a half hour ago from work, so i'm just going to throw that in the microwave...

well, last night we finished up a pile of indian food we made a couple days ago (saag paneer, this really unusual pepper, paneer, raisin, cashew, and tomato sauce dish which is REALLY yummy, and a chicken curry with about 10 spices in it

)

So, tonight, it was back to simplicity, a REAL greek salad (no lettuce or vinegrette! tomatoes cut into big chunks, thin sliced onion, cucumber, pepper, a good greek feta and kalamata olives, a sprinkle of oregano and a drizzle of good olive oil) with chicken salad sandwiches (chicken salad made with mayo, honey, vinegar, a little diced onion, slivered almonds, handful of fhresh chopped dill, and salt).

that will last us until sunday, I bet
