Wow RGV, those were beautiful, you guys all looked soooo nice, I loved them.

Who was your photographer from Duval? I think Joel will be doing my reception, he did my e-party.

yes duval was the photo/video. my parents actually like the photos more then the video. they have so quipps about it. all in all they did great.

I am excited! I meet with a few florist now i just have to negotiate the prices and flower hopefully i can get that done on monday and then i am on to looking for hair/makeup. whoohoo almost done with the big stuff then to the small stuff. Weddings are alot of work

i can't make a decision on the cake.. aaah.. did anyone else have the same issues?

my RH and caterer are not providing the cake.. so it's all on us.. which means i need make a decision and i am soooooooooooo indecisive..

and also.. anyone considering to freeze the top tier?

Our RH is supplying the cake, I just have to design it. Have you picked a bakery? Do you have a favorite that would be able to make the cake for you?

IMO, Buttercookie is a really good bakery on Jericho Tpke, across from Floral Terrace...and I know floral terrace uses them for their wedding cakes. Maybe try them?

I'm not sure if we'll freeze the top layer or get a separate, smaller cake made to freeze.

i pass by buttercooky everytime i go to see FH.. time to make a stop to talk about wedding cakes i guess..

are you getting a taste testing done for the cake?? my friend got married at villa lombardi last summer..and the cake was awesome!! and she froze the top tier..
