Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!
Hello girls! I gave Mike Closs a call because I had some questions, and he said they have a new wrought iron canopy for ceremonies. Does anyone have a pic of this? I know MrsMichel07 has a pic of a decorated canopy, but I don't know if that is the new one.editing for changing MrsMichel07's screenname. I thought it was Michele07 at first glance

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!
We're going there this week to make a payment, and I was going to ask to see the chuppah anyway, so maybe we'll just see what this 'wrought iron canopy' is so I can take a pic of it to show my florist.

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!
Sorry, don't know anything about the ceremony cover, but I do have a question of my own...I just called to find out who my banquet manager is, and it's someone named Robert...I haven't really heard much about him. Anything I need to know?
ETA: Oh, also I asked him about chair rentals/chair covers and he said I don't need to worry about that until we have our appointment 6 weeks before the wedding...that just doesn't seem right to me..anyone? He also said I don't need to do anything at all until 6 weeks before...I thought I needed to have a tasting sooner than that...I'm confused.

Robert is one of the higher- ups.
I would inquire more about the chair covers- since you need to budget for that.
I think I need to have a face to face with them in the near future.

I have Rob. He's the head BM and he's been great so far. Every time I 've had a problem or concern he's been right there to help me. As the wedding gets closer, I know I will be calling him more often. He encourages it. He doesn't want any unhappy brides.

Have no worries....Robert is absolutely amazing. He never wants to see an unhappy bride...he's told me repeatedly to call him if I get stressed out on decision making, or even if it is just to vent! Believe me when I say - HE WILL MAKE SURE EVERY DETAIL IS TAKEN CARE OFF... :)

I'm not sure what they do with the extra food, but I want to say Congratulations!!
You're so close!! Does JT give seconds? Maybe the leftover food goes to seconds and then they throw it out after that.

I don't think they will offer seconds. When we asked they told us most guests are too full to eat there dinner anyway.
I just want the leftovers as a late night snack since I probably won't eat because I have a horrible stomach. UGGH
