Last night I met with Kelly and finalized the menu, cake, and linens:
We chose the gold linen on ivory and the ivory chair covers with gold sash.
The cake filling is white chocolate with banana and strawberry’s with chocolate devil cake.
The grounds were beautiful. They planted thousands and thousands of tulips. They are also in the process of putting down a new dance floor in the manor room. Yeah!![]()

Your cake sounds sooooo yummy!

Oh they have gold sashes for the chairs??? Thats awesome!!!!!!!! I wonder if you could put the white overlay linen on top of the gold...thats the exact look I was envisioning...
I think they have white, burgendy and gold sashes.

Do you finalize the flavor of the cake, or the design too when you do the menu meeting? I am going next Friday to do mine.

You chose the flavor and the design at your menu meeting.

I signed with Mel also but that was the last time we met with him. I think we met with Kelly when we did the menu. Everybody was really nice and very helpful.

Does anyone know about the table #s in the Manor Room? They show 16 tables on the layout and told us which tables to take off to get to 12. Do all the numbers get bumped up so they go consecutively or do you keep the original table numbers which would mean they skip all over the place?

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
I think they said it's up to you. To make it easier I would go consecutive (that's what we did). On the sheet we had a few #s were missing and we asked about it and they said it was a mistake but either way we did it would be fine..your guetss won't notice if they are at 16 and there is no 14 or whatever.call if you want..I called a lot with what I thought were stupid questions and they were always really helpful & nice about it

If you want them consecutively then they will do that for you

I think the piergogies were a big reason why DH was so excited to book them!
Everyone in DH's polish family LOVED them, btw!

Another question.. I am in the garden room for an evening wedding.. Do you think there is enough light in that room, or do you think I should get 'light show' from DJ?Welcome New Vendors
