Hello WM girls!!
I have a question for you. We are definitely not going to be making our minimum (140) We have already counted vendors and kids as 'real' people and only get up to 132.
Do you know if they will give us something of the same value we are paying anyway - like an extra at cocktail hour or choc. fountain or something.
Call and ask - 8 plates is a lot of money.
Do you have any other people you could invite? You still have a month to go.....

Definitely speak to your BM. They'll work with you. Like Sarahbelle said 8 plates is a lot of money. They're truly good like that...

They place one at each place setting and to answer another question I got in an FM-they are included, no extra cost.

we were below our minimum by about that many. They gave us dinners at the end of the night. At our menu appt. they said to ask the Maitre'd the final count and then ask for dinners fo rthe number you are below you're minimum (did that make sense?!

it's not a studio. it's a room all the way on the top floor. it has a fireplace (fake i think) and some pictures and some peacock feathers on a shelf. you'd get some nice pictures but it's nothing like the grounds and i wouldn't necessarily call it a 'photo studio'

I agree. We took a bunch of pictures in the 'photo studio' because it was so cold out that day. To be honest, I wasn't very thrilled with the way my pics came out in there. You could definitely take a few - but I would suggest taking more 'posed' ones outside if possible!

Here's a couple of our 'studio' shots...I didn't have any home shots because I got ready at WM, so these were to take place of those. The BP shots and shots with my DH were mostly outside.
Cute Candid...

We got up to 135 and they really weren't too helpful, they told us 5 plates is not really that many, which I guess is true. They said they'll see when we give them our final table counts.
I am really bummed about thisbecause we are in the manor room and itsgoing to look so empty. They say that the tables in there seat 12-14 and most of our tables will have around 10. If we don't do it that way we would only have 8 or 9 tables which I think is worse than having less people at the tables.
Is it all going to look horribly empty?

They told me the same thing and they worked with me.
In regards to it looking empty FM Katrina (akaMrsT)...she was in the Manor Room and I believe ended up with the same amt if not less and she had the same concerns. I believe everything worked out and it looked fine - better than fine...gorgeous!
