Stayed here two weeks in a row... ...and will stay here again when I am in the area. The room furnishings may not be to everyone's liking, but, heck.... at least they're trying, and my time were clean and updated. To everyone's liking will be the friendly and comfortable lounge, and the way the whole staff takes care of their guests. Perfectly serviceable breakfast allows you to choose from a large selection and start your day off right.... very nice for a complimentary self serve buffet!

This was my first visit to the hotel. It was highly suggested by my colleagues and close to the office. From the time I checked in and till I checked out, it was a wonderful experience! No one really likes traveling for meetings if they don't have to, but when you can stay at a hotel, who makes you feel at home, very attentive and exceptional customer service, it makes the trip all the worthwhile. Sandra and Augie were the best! I plan on staying with them again soon.

Staying at the Roslyn (for our second time) was truly an experience to remember. I surprised my wife for our anniversary and the hotel gave us a free upgrade. Our baby ended up being sick so with one phone call I was able to request a crib with no problems. The hotel also had our Colbeh order waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Being that we keep Kosher, during breakfast the kitchen staff showed us food labels so that we would be able to have breakfast and enjoy. The staff at The Roslyn was fast, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Our experience at The Roslyn was so easy and effortless for us. I look forward to returning next time I am in the area.

Nice staff, good bedd and bedding, seems like its been updated semi-recently. One of the most appreciated features was the citrus water and fresh soup available every evening we were there. Nice touch after traveling all day! Breakfast offered as well - eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, potatoes, breads. All fine, and the area was just the right size. The bath had spacious counter - annoyance were the faucets which were almost hitting the back of the sink area. Other annoyance - a chaise in our king bed room, looked good, but was shoved tight into the corner and I was unable to even open my nightstand drawer.

My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday weekend at the recently renovated Roslyn Hotel. He had called Sandy weeks before and made our reservation. Despite Sandy being inundated on the phone, she was very helpful to my boyfriend with our reservation. We arrived and were given a quiet room, as requested, but the couple next to us seemed to forget that this is a HOTEL, NOT a nightclub. They were extremely loud and my boyfriend complained to the front desk. The gentlemen at the front desk accommodated us, moving us to a new room at 1am. Unfortunately, the Old Northern Blvd traffic kept us up all night. Again, we spoke to Sandy about our dilemma. She was so understanding, apologetic and helpful. Sandy upgraded us to a gorgeous suite for our second night. What a fantastic birthday it wound up being! The breakfast was plentiful and well maintained with lots of delicious selections (thank you Nancy!). The front desk always had fresh baked cookies - yummy! The lobby had freshly made soups every day - delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the citrus iced water provided, the coffee and tea bar with its extensive selections of fine teas available 24/7. Again, thank you, Sandy, for helping us have a wonderful, relaxing weekend at the Roslyn Hotel.
