I definitely think the last 2 weeks are the most stressful and the busiest with all the paperwork and last minute details...
I will be going crazy this weekend finishing everything while FH is in Puerto Rico with his 2 best friends.. LOL!! lovely!!
-- story of my life.. why is it that i will be packing tomorrow and FH will be snowboarding with his best man? yeah- men.

If you can request a Maitre'D, request Harry. He was absolutely outstanding.
My photographer told me that only certain parties get Harry. Dont understand that. But i think a certain size reception because he can handle alot!
Oh, I didn't know that. We had 200 ppl at our wedding. I guess you prolly had around the same amount.
Yup 210 guests. They call Harry the VIP MaitreD' lol lol lol Hey I guess we were VIP's lol

Hi ladies! Just doing a quick post while still on our honeymoon, but just wanted to say the the Fox Hollow was awesome!!! We are still getting compliments left and right from friends and family about how wonderful everything was! We had 220 guests, Mike was our maitre'd and Renee was the bm. Both were absolutely great and took care of everything! You have nothing to worry about!
THey really made sure that every detail was perfect and even went above and beyond...for example, my florist forgot to leave flowers for my cake and Mike made sure to get flowers anyway! that is just one example of how awesome they were...you will not be disappointed!
I also wanted to say that your wedding day will probably not go exactly the way you planned it, but will still be the most perfect day of your life!
Oh yeah, even with 220 guests I still danced my butt off! There is plenty of time!
Still have to look at tons of wedding pics from facebook and other sites from friends and family, but my super awesome photographer already sent me teaser pics 2 days after our wedding...great pics of fox hollow and the inn : http://www.lifemagical.com/index.php?c=2211
Good luck to the upcoming brides and enjoy!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
when you meet w/ them they will give you a menu of what is included in the price per person. in addition to all the food at CH (stations plus passed and other stationary displays), appetizer (can do 2 seperate or a 'duet'), choice of 7 entrees, a dessert, plus your wedding cake... i found that they threw in a lot of extras such as an ice sculpture, vienesse trays on table, wine on the tables, and if you are getting married in off season,. they will include a night at the inn next door. i booked bc they were def giving me the most for my money!

Hey Hey.
My cocktail hour is in the Latern Gallery (I think that's the right name of the room). Ceremony is outside in the Garden (weather permitting of course) backup is their indoor Chappel (forget the name), Reception in the WGP.
Looks like your is as well. And your wedding is a week after mine ;)
I've been to the room about 3 different times and each time they have different chairs there. I cant quite figure out as to which ones they will have there for my event. I don't believe that I negotiated chair covers as part of my contract and I really don't feel like spending the extra money on it. At $5 (or is it even $8) per cover it adds up to a substantial expense.

Nice! We are in the same rooms.
I have chair covers- they were in my contract. I plan on getting sashes for them from Linen Creations in Franklin Square. MUCH CHEAPER. Their website is down but the email addres is [email protected]
What they charge for them is nuts.
I'm wearing Pronovias as well- Rene. Which dress are you wearing. How exciting!
