Mine is a three stone ring...center is 1.52 and the sides are .25 each.

It is probably hard for those who aren't in the position to understand... when most of the gilrs here are posting they have 1ct or bigger and yours is .25 ct, it will make you feel not so great. Notice that no one here has posted about her .25 ct ring. Why do you think that is?

I undertsand everyone's point of view but if u read the original post, it was a poll based on what it said to the be AVERAGE SIZE. Thats why its about size. No matter what size a ring is it has its own value to its ownder. If my man gave me a ring out of a crackerjackbox i would love him and it all the same.. but everyone was simply aswering the question.

I agree whats the big deal - how is it bragging becuase you say the size. I dont care or hate on the ppl whose ring is bigger than mine. I am in Love with my ring and its beautiful to me, thats why I named her Princess

I agree completely. Why is posting and asking questions about rings any different from posting and asking questions about gowns, flowers, favors, etc. It all pertains to weddings which is what this site is all about! JMHO

Mine has a total on 9 diamonds in it. The center is 2.2ct each sidestone is .5 ct and the little round ones on the face and the back total 0.5 ct so total it is alittle over 3.5ct

It is a VS1 clarity and G color.

Because certain things are different. Threads about rating your hall causes drama. Starting threads about why you hate certain photographers, videographers and florists are uncalled for. Yes we are here to give advice and share opinions, but I think it's about doing so in a tactful manner. Posting a picture of your ring leaves it to the imagination what your 'ring size' is. This was meant to be a poll. It could be anonymous. No one needs to post carat size and like posted by a bride before me, no one has mentioned that there carat is less than .5. Why do you think? JMO

Well to be completlt honest, I only posted my dimensions b/c my size wasn't an option... I have 1.23 Centerstone, F in color, pretty decent clarity, but it's cut isn't too great (it's deeper than ideal), I love it, not b/c it's a sparkely diamond, but for what it stands for

Also I suggested an amethyst centerstone & an eternity band alternating my birthstone, diamond , his birthstone, b/c I think it's so crazy for us to spend $$ on a piece of jewelery when we don't even own a home.. yet. FH didn't agree
