Keyth is wonderful. I did see your sample as well....luckily we have similiar tastes...easier for for them to get flowers I assume. So are there any other decorating ideas you can think of Christine? I have silk fall leaves for the place card table and I figured I may sprinkle some around the centerpieces. I really have to figure out if I am going to use the flowerfield placecards or not. I got leaf stickers for them...or else I could just have them made. I make my RSVP date Oct 1st...which really does not give me a lot of time. I can't believe I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to reach the minimum...the invite list is up to 180...yikes

I bought my placecards at Michaels and used the 40% off coupon

I was going to use the FF placecards but then we thought it'd be nice to do something a little different. Keyth told us about doing a large frame with matting (pink and brown for me) and then list everyone's seating info on the frame. I haven't seen it yet but will get a fax sample this week.

11 days, I can hardly sleep any more I'm so excited!!! .......................

I do not know how many guests you are having at your wedding - but if it is a large amount I wouldn't suggest the frame for seating, although it looks beautiful, you have a line of people waiting to check their table numbers at the end of the cocktail hour, I've been to a wedding that had it and it was not the best idea.
It did look great, but not practical at all

Oh well...we have 185 but at this point, I don't really care, they'll figure it out!

Wow...5 days. I think when it gets to be that close....I may actually start getting nervous. I have been trying to get things for the bridesmaids. So far I have gotten them hair accessories for the day and pashminas...but I am really incapable of picking out jewelry. Lets see if I can post my dresses and see if anyone has any ideas. My color is wine with black ribbons...the color is going to look odd because the website literally just colors in the picture.

Any ideas for jewelry??

My friend gave us nice jewelry from amy's affordable luxury. I liked it b/c it was something I could wear again. HTH

Hey now, you settle down on the mad cow!! some of us like that steak missy! hahahahahaha.
Anyhoo, I think the filet mignon is awesome. I know ur not a meat eater, but if they are pushing you to add ANYTHING, I would go for this.
As for add-ons, you will have PLENTY of food. We added things, but that was because I had these specific things in mind that I wanted. Is it necessary? Definitely NOT. There is going to be so much food I am hoping people don't end up in a food coma and incapable of dancing the night away!!!!

I'm here and so ready to get married on FRIDAY!!!! I definitely would not worry about food, there will be so much of it!

Hey girls...I'm back

I honestly don't even have words to describe how absolutely AMAZING Flowerfields was Saturday. The cocktail hour was incrediable, the ballroom was breathtaking. Everyone couldn't believe it was a catering hall! I rec'd so many compliments on how different the place was compared to other halls, & how great the food was.

You girls honestly have nothing to worry about. Andy and Joelette were terrific...they truly treated us like a prince and princess...they were great!

I'll post pictures soon I promise

POST PICS SOON!!! OMG I was thinking about you so much on Saturday-- Vinny and I were celebrating our one year until the wedding and I kept saying 'oh i know a girl from LIW who is getting married there today' and i was so happy the weather was beautiful-- congrats!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to see pics!!!!!!!!

ETA: and I'm so glad to hear everything was perfect!!!!!

You know we will be begging on a daily basis for pictures! I have been getting more excited lately...found myself sneaking a peak at the FF website last night looking at pictures when I should have been studying. I really think I need this wedding thing to be over soon...its starting to cloud my mind

Jimmy was AMAZING.
My family and friends loved him, they thought he was a family friend. He was so funny and took such great pictures.

Moooooooooooo, hahahaha. We should be there by 5:30/6:00.
I'm sure we'll miss each other by then! Our ceremony is at 3:00, then after that it's photo time at the nearby planting fields, then sun sets at 4:54, so we're on our way to FF by then. Guess it depends on how long it takes us to get out there.
