Just for the chocolate fountain?

Do they bring it into the reception room or do they move that to the CT room?

We're not doing the full viennese hour, just the choc fountain. I thought they would just bring it into the main room, but now that you mention it I'm not really sure.

for $8 ppl we are doing the WHOLE vienese set up w/out the extra hour.

The Viennese includes - chocolate fountain, strudel station, gourmet dessert station, ice cream bar, cannolis and profterals station- basically any dessert you can imagine.

I am having my DJ company have two setups, one for the ceremony and cocktail hour, one for the reception.

we are! We are having a String Quartet for our Ceremony and they will also play during the Cocktail hour.

Do they provide a cake stand for the cake
Can we just use the toasting flutes they have there for the toast?
Do they provide a cake cutting knife

Neither of us think it's that important to have our own flutes or knife, unless we get them for the shower. I just don't want it to be another thing I need to look for and buy. Thanks girls.

When you meet with Thomas from Audreys tell him you want the cake stand.

I dont see why you cant use their toasting flutes, I told them i was bringing my own glasses and knife, but i'm sure they will provide you w/ them.

You get to sample each of the dishes..we walked out stuffed, but it was great!
Yes you can have a drink that night if you want it the bar was open when we went.
