Sorry girlie, I am having mine at a church,
But I thought they normally have it outside on the back patio thingy behind the garden room. If it rains I saw it set up in the terrace room (yellow room)

If your guest count is under 100 the alternate location is the terrace room...if it's larger then the alternate location is the Atrium room (that room can fit around 130 i think...) and if its even bigger then the location is the ballroom.

p.s. do you girls know who the recommended florists are?

I am of no help on the band (having a DJ) nor on the ceremony (having it St. Patrick's Church in Huntington) - sorry!

As for flowers - I know Petals in Locust Valley is a recommended vendor. FH and I will be using them (not because they are a recommended vendor, but because my mother is friends with one of the women who works there).

I think I am using this floriss from Brooklyn. Her work is great and very designish and she gave me a great price comparing to other florists

Hi All Again when i thought I would be a de seversky Bride I thought too soon. Today it was our deadline to make the decision of going with de seversky and we have released the date to another party. I would like ALL to really look into de seversky's contract ( the official one with rules and obligations) and be careful because there are a lot of liabilities that they hold you accountable for! So good luck to all with WDP!!

You all have a lot of questions. I'd be more than happy to answer whatever I can. I did the European Style. I had uplighting in the ballroom, dining room, garden room, and outside. My ceremony was outside. We did a to go bar - coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, pretzels. The cookies were delicious. I was worried about the rules and regulations. They were really cool. Hope I can be of assistance.
