I am tooooooooooo!!!!!! As a matter of fact I just went there last Thursday to make another payment, and let me tell you!!!!!! It is soooooooooooooooooo beautiful in the summer. It took my breath away!!!!! We just have to keep our fingers crossed for each other that the weather will be nice!!!!!

I didn't know they accepted payments in person. When I wanted to go there to sign the contract and give my deposit, Melissa just emailed me with a credit card form and never mentioned anything about actually doing it in person. I would love to go back so I can look at it again for decor ideas! Would that be OK to always give payments in person?

You and FH can go to as many tastings as you want - however, only the first one is free for you and FH. For any additional people (parents, family, friends, etc) it is $35 per person. They usually do the tasting on the first Wednesdays of every month (not sure why for September it is the 2nd Wed)...and from what I have heard it is a sampling of their menu...basically unlimited food and drink for the price. I will def let you know how it goes! And don't be afraid to ask Melissa anything...I am surprised my FH has driven her up a wall yet with all of his questions :)

Thanks! I just spoke to Melissa and forgot to ask about the drinks. She said they changed the date of the tasting to Tuesday Sept 8th instead of Wednesday the 9th. There are still openings but I'm going to reserve for November instead since my mom can't make tuesday.

Have a great time at the tasting and let me know how it goes please!

The tasting is really, really nice. We took both sets of parents and it was such an enjoyable evening. When we went they had a seafood station set up with a server and then also brought out silver trays with about 8 different kinds of the appetizers. Then each couple received a salad, appetizer, and 3 dishes (one fish, meat, & chicken). After that was a mini dessert cafe. Soda, wine, & champagne were included. It was soooo much food!
