Nope - you have to pay (I think it's $35pp) after the first comped tasting.

I would talk to who you are dealing with there...I would think that then you might get this one comped...??

I was told that if you go to a tasting before you officially book, it gets taken off your balance for the wedding ( not like $70 is really going to make a difference lol). If you already booked then you get one tasting for you and FH for free. After that, you have to pay.

you should not have paid for the first one - bride and groom are comped 1st time around. So since you paid...ur next one should be free. I dont know why they would make you pay...thats retarded.

So I went to the tasting last night and the food was OUTRAGEOUS!!!! There was so much that by the end I thought I was going to burst! Everything was put together so nicely, and it was great to the the place at night!!!

OMG I went to the tasting last night too!!!!! and the food was amazing! and there was so much of it that you could have rolled me home! Very well put together...and I feel even more excited about my wedding day!

YAY! that's so great to hear! did they have any new dishes they were trying out?

when i went they had a slider bar which was actually disappointing - the burgers weren't hot so the cheese didn't melt and the buns were kinda soggy.

when we first did our tasting I felt like in an upscale restaurant and especially the way they present food :)

They tried a new crabmeat appetizer dish - which was delicious. We also have scallops as an entree, I am not sure this is new, but its not on my contract menu that I received so this possible could be something new as well. They were to die for....so yummy!!!!!

I was at the tasting last week and was so relieved to find out the food was amazing! It made me really feel great to have already booked the venue. We're going to meet with Eric this Friday to finalize our menu....he's been great and very accommodating with us, especially we should have done last month. I can't believe it's only another 39 days until the wedding!
