lol....! I am up for before Labor Day too!! I go back to school (teaching) then and things get very busy for me! I barely have time to breathe when school starts
Is anyone around the last week of Aug? Is that a good time?

I am totally booked till the mid of Sept- thats why I mentioned after Labor day

Mostly photojournalist. Mostly I wanted to be knocked out when I see the pics. Plus they need to be pics that I will not see in everyone elses album

I am very indecisive with this vendor because to me it is the most important..these will be the only memories of our big day after the wedding is over

For photojournalistic, I know a lot of people here rave about Blue Daisy and Amanda Piccone.

We're using Paul Marino. To my eye, his style blends PJ with traditional. We were thrilled with our engagement pics with him (although I could be biased since I was in the pictures)!

We also met with B R E T T Matthews. Some of their photogs had a PJ style, but I didn't like that we weren't meeting with the photographer. When we went, they had us meet with a sales rep and go through albums of the different photogs that were available for our date.

I just want Erica to know, we are here for her and if you need a shoulder we are here. Plus if the white vans come with the straight jacket I'm on the run again. Do you think I need heavy make-up so no one can notice me?

ITA that photog is your most important vendor...they are in charge of your memories. I know how you feel...we met with several photogs and didn't like certain well-known ones because you didn't actually meet with the photog. A sales rep did nothing for us lol. We automatically crossed those off our list. If the real photog doesn't want to meet potential clients then why should they get your business?
