There are 2 types of round tables at DM... 1st type fits 10 people and 2nd type fits 12. The 12 person tables are pretty huge and take up a lot of space in my opinion. I had 130 people and had 14 10-person tables. I felt like there was a lot of space on the dancefloor - it worked out well :)

Does anyone know if the DM puts bottles of wine on the tables and if that is included or is it extra? I know a lot of RH put a bottle of red & white on each table, but I forgot to ask about that when we signed the contract? Thanks !



Yes they did have them on the tables.

Anyone going to the DM for V-day dinner? Thought it would be fun to go and see our BM Chris also since the last time I was there was my wedding back in May. What a romantic thing to do on V-day. Had a crazy idea that I'd wear my wedding gown!! :)

Anyway, last reservation is 7:30pm and DH has to work until 8pm. Oh well. Wish I could do that wedding over again. It goes by so fast and I had so much fun.

Wouldn't that be fun if all the DM brides wore their wedding gowns and went to a dinner there? I haven't had my cleaned or preserved yet. Can't seem to put it away forever. Wish I could wear it one more time! :) Maybe for a 10 year anniversary or something.

Went to the bridal showcase tonite. The ballroom was done in uplighting and they had all the vendors set up in there. They had an awesome buffet and wine included. The food was delicious. I'm so excited !

The napkins are included but they only have a few colors. The chair sashes are a extra fee. Don't know how much it was. We are using an outside vendor for the chairs and napkins.

Can't believe your day is approaching so soon.

Hi Ladies:

Can anyone tell me what date they set their menu by? It says on my contract March for my September wedding? I just think that is really early. We didn't even do a food tasting. Did you do your food tasting before or after you set the menu? Thanks.

I set my menu a month before my wedding. We had our food tasting in late January and picked everything then. But I wanted time to think over my choices - so I sent it in a couple weeks ago.

March is WAY TOO SOON!!!

Great question and great answer. I was thinking about buying one but was going ask DM. Now I don't have to do either.
