I looked there and for the end of May - September (I think it was to September) they were going to charge us $140 pp + tax for a Friday night with a minimum of 200 people.

The watermill in april sat night $105 and may/june $119
Westbury manor-friday night May/June $100

when I called Deserversky over the phone I was quoted $140 for sat. you have the whole mansion for the day, this was for june

garden city for sat night is around $200 w/ 200 people guarantee i'm not sure about sun night- it also depends if u want the main ballroom or the one upstairs!

OK... these are all the places I spoke to and/ or drove by and/or visited. All these prices were for March or April 08 (give or take 10 bucks more pp. April is more) And this is only for a Friday or Sunday evening wedding. We could not make some minimums.

Carlyle on the Green, Royalton, Woodbury CC, all want 125 minimum.

Miller Ridge Cottage (not inn) was I think about 85 pp depending upon what 'package' you choose.

Chateau La Mer was also about 85 pp. (I think? For March?)

Crest Hollow CC was 86 pp for an evening in May. If you want an outdoor cocktail hour its 500 extra.

Garden City Hotel was 210 pp.

Oheka Castle 250 pp plus 10000 site rental fee.

Roslyn Claremont Hotel was 160 pp plus 150 per valet and he suggested 3 valets!

Stuart Thomas Manor does an all inclusive of 9995.00.

Carltun on the Sound was 125 pp also charge 150 extra per valet and want 3 valets.

Westbury Manor for a Friday evening in May was 94.

Glen Cove Mansion was 165 pp (this place was gorgeous) but wouldn't do an evening without 140 guarentee, but they are renovating a room to be a smaller ballroom, if you want to wait.

I think the Coral House was also like 80 pp.

The Hamlet in Commack was 120 pp with a 250 'club' membership extra.

The Woodlands for a Friday you need 125 guarentee for 140 pp.

i posted a bunch of prices for both the carltuns, the woodlands, and the metropolitan i think on the 2nd page of this thread because we didn't decide on a date so i asked for like a ton of prices.

I feel like I visited these places so long ago, I might be off by a couple bucks, all these price quotes were for a sunday afternoon wedding in september:

New Hyde Park Inn - $85 pp (150 minimum but they have other rooms for smaller parties), it included A LOT, they by far had the best package but they're undergoing massive construction and I was nervous it wouldn't be finished in time for my wedding

Jericho terrace -$85 pp for the dome room (150 minimum, but if you have less they have other rooms), that also included a lot of food. However, I've read on here that other brides were quoted less. I think this place is absolutely negotiable b/c everyone seems to get different price quotes.

Harbor Club -$90 pp, (I think this was a 140 minimum)

Westbury Manor $85 pp (150 minimum) I liked this place because there were no 'if you want this it's an extra $5 pp' everything you saw is what you got, I hate when halls try to add on to the price. It's also really pretty if you can appreciate a victorian look and the gardens are amazing.


Swan Club $75 pp, but I think they offer an upgraded menu for more (all different minimums).

North Ritz Club $85 pp, 150 minimum.

Chateau La Mer $85 pp (150 minimum, but they have a smaller room),

Milleridge Cottage $68 pp for the 2 star menu, $87 pp for the 3 star menu (150 minimum for sunday only, other nights the minimum is higher)

East Wind Country Gardens - Saturday evening $96pp that's with tax & whatnot.

Irish Coffee Pub- $90pp plus tax & etc.

Miller Beach Surf Club - $80.75pp (everything included)

Hilton Long Island - $110pp plus tax & etc.

Yeah, De Severky 140.00 for sat night, but they only hold 150 in the main room and all your vendors have to sign a ton of waivers before they can come in. No candles, no flowers that may stain, etc. etc.
