It depends, are you having your ceremony there? Also what time of day... I know he can fit 140 in the small room downstairs, so you could have your CH in that room and reception next to it... Then the upstairs room could be free for an event, but they may not have booked it. Like I said, it really depends...Meet with Bill.

I am using probably light blue or a celery green...sticking to my beach theme.

it will be a sat night probably about 200 people-not having a ceremony there-is oct an off peek or peek month? i know it depends on the hall.

Not sure if Oct. is peek or not, I think it is becoming more popular, we only looked at two places so I can't really say. We snuck in the VYC when they were doing renovations so we got a great price.

If you have having 200, it is likely that you will have the entire place to yourself, you will need both large rooms for your event. There will be that small room that will be availble for booking, (perhaps small bday party or something, so you can't be guaranteed)

Thanks, I have been thinking about my CP and think maybe doing little candles areound the flowers with petals. Since I am having the RH in the room downstairs and it has red to it, I have been thinking about focusing on the red. I was going to do a beach theme, but I do not know now. For the ceremony outside I will be doing a beach theme.

i'm working with bill too!! he still has not gotten back to me about a food tasting!!!! i think i just have to go down there and make him set something up for me!!! those of you who did the food tasting - how many people went with you??
